Abstract: Introduced the working principle and system composition of changing the inverter to an uninterruptible power supply, pointed out the possible problems and solutions when the inverter was changed to an ordinary UPS, explained the selection and calculation method of the power supply, and introduced Some application examples of this power supply in actual production.
Introduction
With the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, people have put forward higher requirements for the environment, use functions, and fire safety of buildings. The more modern buildings are dependent on electricity, but the power failure is not transferred by human will. Once a disaster accident occurs, the power will be interrupted or a disaster accident occurs after the power interruption, and the safety of people's lives and property will be directly threatened. Therefore, the "Code for Fire Protection Design of High-Rise Civil Buildings" and "Code for Electrical Design of Civil Buildings" strictly stipulate that especially important equipment in the first load must be equipped with two power sources. At present, the commonly used backup power sources in the market include generator sets, UPS, EPS and other products. As for their three power supply schemes and derivative schemes, they cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted power supply. The content of this article is based on the author's work in EPS and UPS projects for several years. |
